Welcome to Kolonial House

Boutique hotel and retreat centre; in the peaceful area of Sanur Village, a relaxed beachside village in Bali.

Kolonial House has a very relaxing atmosphere, with 8 luxury ensuite rooms, character furnishings and top quality facilities. It's just 20 minutes from the airport, situated in the peaceful area of Sanur. It's a 5 minute walk to our beachfront wellness center, where we offer several customised health retreat packages, and run daily yoga classes and teacher trainings in Bali.

We have an amazing team of support staff and real expert practitioners (both holistic and clinical). They specialise in Ayuvedic medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, Accupunture, and clinical mental health.

We are also close to several great restaurants, warungs; and the village center is not far, with many shopping, dinning and nightlife options. We also have partenrships with some of the best services in Bali including full spa, watersports, adventure tours and activities.

I spent a month at Kolonial House which had a big impact on my life.
I recently stayed at  Kolonial House and had treatments from the wellness center as well. Firstly, the wellness center is so peaceful and I felt so welcomed by all the staff and tutors at Kolonial House. They cooked me delicious(!) breakfasts and lunches each day, I felt right at home by the end of the retreat. The sessions were all expertly led and really interesting and the retreat was really tailored to my needs. Thank you so much Kolonial House! Amazing retreat centre & beautiful people in Sanur. Kolonial House is only a short walk away from the beautiful white sand beach and the wellness centre.
The room and bathroom were both pretty large, and I could jump right into the pool. The lounge area is located in the heart of Kolonial House, and it was a perfect place to meet other guests and end the evening together. I felt like home and can’t wait to come back!
